Warrick has worked in the Banking & Finance sector since 1985 and still to this day is passionate about arranging the best possible finance solutions to meet the needs of his clients. With more than 25 Major Bank and Non Bank Lenders and hundreds of loan products at his finger tips, Warrick is ideally placed to advise you on Residential, Investment, Commercial and Vehicle/Equipment finance. Warrick’s role is to ensure that clients receive high quality advice, customised choices and exceptional service throughout the loan application and approval process, whilst also maintaining ongoing service for the life of their loan. Together with his expert team, Warrick services the whole metropolitan area and regional centres of Western Australia, including many clients & connections around Australia. Over his career, Warrick has received many State and National Awards including most recently Professional Lenders Association Network (PLAN) – Diamond / Excellence Awards in Finance (2010-2023), 2023 National Directors Award (LMG/PLAN),Better Business Awards – WA Best Finance Broker (2018 and 2017), Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) – WA Best Finance Broker and Residential Finance Broker Award (2018).

Dean has been working as Finance Broker for the past 15 years and has over 30 years experience in the area of finance, with expertise in the areas of residential and commercial lending. Dean had 15 years with NAB, the last five as Branch Manager and Business Banking Manager roles which provided extensive experience in all areas of lending. Following this Dean moved into private enterprise, owning and operating a staff recruitment company for 10 years which provided invaluable people/service skills. Dean has since worked as a Mortgage & Business Finance Broker for the past 15 years. Dean holds a Cert IV and a Diploma of Financial Services and holds membership at LMG, MFAA and AFCA. Dean is married with two children and a granddaughter, cycles a fair bit and is a pretty keen Dockers supporter.

Ruby commenced in the finance sector in 2006 working as a Home Loan Manager for one of the Big ‘4’ Banks. The move to mortgage broking was a natural progression for Ruby as she has a passion for service and with her financial knowledge, she thrives on knowing she can assist people in making one of their biggest financial decisions, purchasing a home. Ruby particularly loves helping first home buyers jump onto the property ladder. Noting the synergies between Ruby’s passion for helping clients and Spotter Finance’s missions, she is proud to be a part of the Mandurah team, which is recognised as one of the top achieving mortgage broking businesses in Australia.

With over a decade of experience in the finance industry, Brittany has built a diverse career working across multiple roles within the mortgage brokerage. She holds a degree in Human Resource Management, which adds depth to her professional background. Brittany thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys engaging with clients while keeping things running smoothly day-to-day. She brings an approachable style, a keen eye for detail and strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Donna’s wealth of knowledge and banking experience of nearly 20 years makes her an expert in assisting clients. Donna supports our File Managers and Clients to ensure the entire experience with Spotter Finance is seamless. She enjoys providing the highest quality customer service to all her clients and will keep you up to date throughout your settlement process so you can experience a smooth journey from start to finish.

Rannel has over 15 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry, including senior roles with Citibank and Westpac across Personal Banking, Business Banking, and Branch Management. He also brings more than 10 years’ experience as a Broker Support Officer in the mortgage broking industry, where he works closely with brokers, clients, lenders, and key third-party stakeholders. Known for his professional and approachable manner, Rannel is committed to supporting smooth and efficient outcomes for clients.

Dylan presents as a motivated and driven individual with a strong interest in finance and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals. Through his studies, he has developed a solid understanding of financial principles, lending processes, and client relationship management, which he is eager to apply in his role as a Para-broker. He is known for being reliable, detail-oriented, and approachable, giving clients confidence and clarity when navigating important financial decisions. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys staying active, keeping up with market trends, and continually building his knowledge and skillset. He is enthusiastic about growing within the industry, building long-term relationships, and delivering real value to every client he works with.

Tammie began her finance journey over 25 years ago with BankWest and made the transition to the Mortgage Broking Industry 20 years ago. Having worked in various roles within the industry, Tammie enjoys sharing her knowledge with the team and enjoys getting to get to know our customers, playing a crucial part in ensuring your experience with Spotter is a positive one!
